Retail Sales Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Assistant to join our JYSK store in Blanchardstown, Ireland. You will help deliver the best customer service, maintain a tidy store and support the sales team in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide top‑level customer service with a smile.
• Ensure the store is clean, well‑stocked and visually appealing.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking and storing merchandise both in the warehouse and on the shop floor.
• Take ownership of a specific area within the store and keep it organized.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve sales targets and store goals.

Required profile

• Outgoing, proactive and enthusiastic when interacting with customers.
• Enjoys talking to customers and delivering a memorable shopping experience.
• Team player who is willing to go the extra mile.
• Flexible with tasks and working hours, including weekends.
• Comfortable with physical tasks such as lifting and moving stock.
