Retail Showroom Manager

About the role

McSport is looking for an ambitious, energetic and customer‑focused Retail Showroom Manager to lead its flagship showroom in Dublin. You will own day‑to‑day operations, shape the customer journey and build a high‑performance culture within a team of five sales professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a showroom team of five, delivering targets and fostering a customer‑first culture.
• Ensure every customer receives a professional, welcoming and seamless experience from entry to purchase.
• Resolve queries, complaints and issues efficiently while building long‑term relationships with key accounts.
• Oversee daily showroom operations, including quotes, orders, warranties and follow‑ups.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase administrative efficiency and operational excellence.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions, team meetings and performance reviews.

Required profile

• Proven experience in people management and leading a sales team.
• Strong focus on customer service and operational improvement.
• Ability to create a positive, accountable and high‑performance team culture.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
