About the role
The Supervisor will manage and motivate the store team, ensuring efficient operations and delivering the best possible customer service experience.
Key responsibilities
- Lead by example, embodying Centra brand values and fostering a positive, teamwork‑focused environment.
- Oversee store standards for rotation, merchandising and product facing.
- Assist with induction, training and development of employees.
- Handle customer queries professionally and in line with store policy.
- Engage with new initiatives and adopt new ways of working.
Required profile
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer‑facing role (desirable).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced team, multitask under pressure and organise work.
- Capability to delegate responsibilities and support team members.
