Revenue Accountant

About the role

We are looking for a qualified accountant to join Xperi’s Revenue Recognition & Accounting team. The position will support accounting, reporting and analysis of revenue across licensing, subscription, advertising, data and platform‑based businesses, providing exposure to complex commercial arrangements.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with monthly, quarterly and annual revenue close, including journal entries, account reconciliations and balance‑sheet reviews.
• Review customer contracts and amendments to determine revenue recognition under ASC 606 and IFRS 15.
• Prepare documentation and analyses to support revenue recognition conclusions and audit requirements.
• Support external and internal audits by preparing schedules, providing documentation and responding to inquiries.
• Handle advertising, monetisation and TiVo OS revenue accounting, including revenue‑share and other complex arrangements.
• Contribute to revenue forecasting, management reporting and statutory disclosures.
• Participate in process‑improvement, automation projects and NetSuite system enhancements.

Required profile

• ACA, ACCA or CPA qualification.
• 1–2 years post‑qualification experience in accounting, audit or finance.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Experience with NetSuite.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.
• Knowledge of ASC 606 and IFRS 15 revenue‑recognition standards.
