Risk & Regulatory Manager – Financial Services

About the role

Join PwC's Financial Services Risk and Regulatory team in Dublin as a Manager. You will work on a variety of client engagements, helping financial institutions navigate complex regulatory landscapes and strengthen their risk management frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client projects, delivering transparent communication and proactive stakeholder management.
• Analyse ambiguous, unstructured business challenges and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Bridge strategic objectives with detailed management processes, controls, and governance.
• Apply and share technical expertise in risk and regulatory compliance.

• Uphold PwC’s code of ethics and business conduct.

Required profile

• Degree qualified or equivalent, with professional qualifications such as a Professional Diploma in Compliance or PRMIA.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a consultancy or financial services firm, focusing on risk or regulatory compliance.
• Experience working within the regulatory framework of an authorised financial institution.
