Runner – Food & Drink Service (Full‑time)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Runner to join the floor team at our new Big Mamma restaurant in Dublin. You will support the service crew by delivering food, drinks and desserts quickly and with a smile, helping guests enjoy an authentic Italian dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Carry plates, glasses and dishes from the kitchen to guests’ tables efficiently.
• Serve wine, desserts and pasta directly to guests.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including polishing cutlery and folding napkins.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining floor in line with health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth service and resolve any issues promptly.

Required profile

• Positive attitude with a big smile and passion for Italian cuisine.
• High energy, proactive mindset and strong team spirit.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Previous experience in a hospitality environment is preferred.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
