About the role
Join the H&M store in Athlone as a part‑time Sales Advisor. You will work 8 to 20 hours per week, with flexible days including weekends, delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Key responsibilities
- Represent the H&M brand positively and engage with customers to provide an excellent service and exciting shopping experience.
- Support commercial and operational actions with colleagues to achieve store goals and sales targets.
- Stay informed about the latest fashion trends, brands and competitors, using this knowledge to inspire and guide customers.
- Provide and receive feedback to support personal and team development.
Required profile
- Passionate about people and fashion.
- Self‑motivated and able to motivate others, ensuring strong teamwork.
- Clear communicator, creative and curious.
