About the role
As a Sales Assistant you will be the front‑line ambassador for the store, ensuring every shopper leaves with a positive experience. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, maintaining store presentation, and supporting new initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with pride, passion and care.
- Handle customer queries efficiently and in line with store policy.
- Maintain tidy, well‑stocked shelves and ensure the store meets visual standards.
- Live the Centra brand values – Proud, Energetic, Imaginative, Community‑Based.
- Embrace new initiatives and adapt to evolving ways of working.
Required profile
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize customer needs and engage effectively.
- Strong attention to detail, organised and flexible.
- Self‑starter who can work both independently and as part of a fast‑paced team.
- Customer‑driven attitude; previous customer‑service experience is a plus.
