About the role
Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction is the top priority, interacting with each customer with pride, passion and care, and inspiring shoppers through knowledge and expertise.
Key responsibilities
- Deal with all customer queries efficiently, professionally and in line with store policy.
- Merchandise shelves and ensure all store areas are presented to the highest standard.
- Engage with new initiatives and embrace new ways of working.
Required profile
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with and prioritize customer needs.
- Strong attention to detail, organised, flexible and able to work in a fast‑paced team environment.
- Customer‑driven attitude; previous customer service experience is an advantage.
