Sales Assistant – Pet Retail

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our Turners Cross store. You will help pet owners find the right products, ensure a pleasant shopping experience and support the wellbeing of the animals we care for.

Key responsibilities

• Provide knowledgeable guidance on pet products and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Maintain brand standards by keeping shelves fully stocked and ensuring product availability.
• Assist with inventory management and merchandising to create an attractive store environment.
• Engage in personal and professional development in consultation with the store manager.

Required profile

• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, personable demeanor.
• Enjoyment in selling and a genuine passion for animals.
• Previous experience in a similar retail environment is desirable.
