Sales Assistant – Retail (Full‑time, Rotating Shifts)

About the role

As a Sales Assistant you will be the front‑line ambassador for Kilkenny Design, delivering exceptional customer service and product knowledge across a rotating schedule of weekdays, weekends, day and evening shifts. You will help customers find the perfect items while supporting the store’s overall sales goals.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance to all customers.
• Maintain store standards, keep the shop floor tidy and ensure stock is replenished.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive team environment.
• Drive sales in your area and strive to meet or exceed targets.
