Sales & Customer Care Agent

About the role

City Wonders is seeking a motivated Sales & Customer Care Agent to join its Dublin headquarters. You will handle a high volume of calls, emails and chats, providing friendly and efficient service to customers booking tours across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email and live chat.
• Process bookings, amendments and cancellations for day tours and excursions.
• Identify sales opportunities and upsell additional services or upgrades.
• Maintain accurate records in the company’s CRM system.
• Collaborate with senior agents, supervisors and managers to continuously improve service quality.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work flexible AM or PM shifts, including weekends.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a passion for delivering memorable experiences.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Experience using customer service platforms or CRM tools.

What we offer

• Permanent full‑time contract with a base salary of €29,500 per year.
• Sales bonus up to €160 per month from day one.
• Company bonus of up to 10% of salary after successful probation (6 months).
