Sales Development Representative (Remote)

About the role

GitLab is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join its Revenue Marketing team. This fully remote position supports target accounts across the UK, Ireland, Germany and the Netherlands, helping to generate qualified meetings and pipeline for the sales organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound lead flow and conduct high‑level discovery conversations.
• Meet or exceed sourced Sales Accepted Opportunity (SAO) volume targets.
• Collaborate with Field and Digital Marketing teams to develop targeted lists, call strategies and messaging.
• Research accounts, identify key players and create compelling outreach events.
• Execute multi‑touch outreach (call, email, social) using Outreach.io.
• Track activities and results in Salesforce and report on performance.
• Document processes in the GitLab handbook and keep them up to date.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic and strategic mindset with a strong desire to learn GitLab’s platform.
• Ability to manage a high volume of leads and conduct discovery conversations.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with teammates across marketing and sales.
• Self‑driven, organized and able to meet quantitative targets.

Required skills

• Experience with Outreach.io for sales outreach.
• Proficiency in Salesforce for activity tracking and reporting.
• Familiarity with GitLab’s DevOps platform (training provided).
