Sales Executive Apprentice – Audi Approved (Drogheda)

About the role

Join Joe Duffy Group’s Audi Approved dealership in Drogheda as a Sales Executive Apprentice. Over a 12‑month in‑house programme you will receive comprehensive training and support to become a qualified Sales Executive, handling new and used vehicle sales.

Key responsibilities

• Follow the Joe Duffy Group sales process to generate vehicle sales.
• Manage customer follow‑up and prospecting to create new business opportunities.
• Guide customers through the full sales journey, from enquiry to delivery.
• Achieve agreed sales targets for new and used vehicles.
• Record all customer interactions accurately using internal systems.
• Conduct part‑exchange appraisals and agree values with the Sales Manager.
• Participate in regular training to maintain product knowledge and sales skills.

Required profile

• Experience in a sales, retail or hospitality environment.
• Leaving Cert Maths and English (A1‑C3) or equivalent; graduate degree is also acceptable.
• Full clean Irish or EU driving licence (mandatory for insurance reasons).
• Strong desire to build a career selling motor vehicles.
• Excellent communication, organisation and negotiation abilities.
