Sales Executive – Own Your Pipeline, Clients & Success

About the role

As a Sales Executive you will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and build lasting client relationships. You will work in a merit‑based environment where your results directly influence your career growth.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify and engage new leads through cold calling and outreach.
• Present solutions, negotiate terms and close deals on your own schedule.
• Manage an individual book of clients, nurturing long‑term partnerships.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities within existing accounts.
• Track performance metrics and report results to leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales roles such as SDR, BDR, Inside Sales or Account Executive.
• Proven track record of exceeding cold‑calling and revenue targets.
• Motivated by financial success and personal growth.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher education is a plus.
