Sales Graduate – 24‑Month Graduate Scheme

About the role

Join DHL Global Forwarding’s 24‑month Graduate Scheme as a Sales Graduate. You will rotate through key departments, gain hands‑on experience in freight forwarding, and contribute to business development projects that drive commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Complete Year 1 rotational placements across core sales, marketing and operations functions.
• Support inside‑sales activities, customer engagement and pipeline development.
• Research new markets, identify potential customers and prepare outreach strategies.
• Collaborate with product teams to design solutions for clients.
• Lead business‑development initiatives and contribute to commercial performance targets in Year 2.

Required profile

• Interest in inside sales, customer engagement and business development within logistics.
• Motivation to build a career in freight forwarding or logistics.
• Strong research ability and market‑analysis skills.
• Self‑starter with a ‘Can‑Do’ attitude and assertive communication.
• Team player who is respectful and collaborative.
• Fully mobile to travel within Ireland and work at other sites as needed.
• Clean Irish driving licence and eligibility to work in Ireland.
• Fluent in English and a 2:1 (or above) degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or a related field.
