About the role
Panda, Ireland's leading waste management company, is looking for a Sales & Retention Agent to join its growing team in Slane. This dual‑skill position combines inbound and outbound telesales with customer loyalty and win‑back activities, supporting the company’s sustainable growth.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound sales inquiries and generate outbound prospecting calls professionally.
- Convert new leads and conduct win‑back campaigns to re‑engage former customers.
- Identify at‑risk accounts and propose tailored solutions to retain business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team targets for sales and retention.
- Maintain accurate customer data, sales leads, and reports using MS Office tools.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align on product knowledge and market trends.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in telesales or retention.
- Proven success in cold calling, inbound conversion, and customer win‑backs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑focused mindset.
- Results‑driven, self‑motivated and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Willingness to commute to Slane and relocate to North Dublin within 12 months if required.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
