About the role
The Sales & Service Advisor works on the branch floor in Tallaght, delivering everyday banking solutions and exceptional service to customers. You will act as a trusted point of contact, helping clients choose the right products while supporting the branch’s commercial goals.
Key responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service in line with agreed standards.
- Identify and recommend suitable banking options based on customer needs.
- Suggest improvements and innovative solutions to enhance service delivery.
- Collaborate effectively with branch team members and other bank stakeholders.
- Take personal accountability for commitments made to customers and ensure follow‑through.
