SAP Integration Suite (CPI) Consultant

About the role

This position is with a partner company based in Ireland and focuses on delivering robust, scalable, and secure integration solutions across complex enterprise ecosystems. You will contribute to SAP S/4HANA transformation programs by designing and implementing integrations between SAP and non‑SAP systems using SAP Integration Suite.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end integration architectures with SAP Integration Suite, adhering to SAP best practices and clean‑core principles.
• Develop, configure, and maintain iFlows in SAP Cloud Integration (CPI) for complex landscapes.
• Implement solutions involving API Management, Open Connectors, Event Mesh, and other SAP BTP services.
• Build integrations between SAP systems (S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur) and external platforms such as Salesforce, Workday, and legacy applications.
• Configure secure integrations using OAuth, SAML, certificates, and other authentication standards.
• Support testing, deployment, transport management, and production hyper‑care.
• Monitor interfaces, troubleshoot issues, and perform root‑cause analysis to ensure optimal performance.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in SAP technical consulting with a strong focus on integration.
• Hands‑on expertise with SAP Integration Suite (CPI) and related technologies.
• Solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture and cloud/hybrid integration patterns.
• Proven ability to integrate SAP with non‑SAP and third‑party enterprise applications.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills in distributed systems.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with technical and functional stakeholders.
