SAP SD Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a SAP SD Analyst to join a fast‑scaling digital mobility business in Ireland. You will ensure stability and continuous improvement of critical Order‑to‑Cash processes within a complex SAP landscape, acting as both functional expert and hands‑on problem solver.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for SAP SD operations, supporting pricing, subscriptions, invoicing, and remarketing billing.
• Own and continuously improve the end‑to‑end Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) process, ensuring seamless integration between sales, delivery, billing, and FI‑AR accounting.
• Monitor, analyse, and optimise sales order and billing workflows while adhering to SAP standard practices and clean‑core principles.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Growth, Fleet, Finance, Operations) to enhance process efficiency and system performance.
• Document best practices to enable scalable system usage and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to SAP project implementations, including solution design, integration, deployment, and continuous improvement.
• Design and support integrations using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and SAP Integration Suite (CPI) to connect S/4HANA with internal and external systems.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience in SAP SD, preferably in fast‑paced, complex environments.
• Strong understanding of Order‑to‑Cash processes and SD‑FI integration (billing, revenue posting, credit management, account determination).
• Experience with SAP integration tools such as CPI and SAP BTP for interface design and system connectivity.
• Proven experience in end‑to‑end SAP implementations or large‑scale rollouts involving O2C processes.
• Commitment to SAP standardisation principles and clean‑core architecture, with minimal custom development.
