Scaled Customer Success Manager, French

About the role

Notion is looking for a Scaled Customer Success Manager who will lead a large portfolio of French‑speaking customers across EMEA. You will help customers adopt Notion through tailored consultations, trainings, and outreach programs, while working closely with sales and product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a large portfolio of EMEA customers and drive adoption and expansion.
• Onboard new customers and deliver customized Notion trainings and assistance programs.
• Design and execute at‑scale outreach campaigns to key contacts.
• Collaborate with sales partners to ensure strong product adoption.
• Act as an in‑house product ambassador, helping customers maximize ROI.
• Identify strategic accounts for seat expansion and increase monthly active users.
• Proactively engage customers who are under‑utilizing Notion and create action plans.
• Provide feedback to influence Notion’s growth and product strategy.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in a fast‑growing software company.
• Proven success in a Customer Success or Account Management role.
• Fluent French language skills.
• Experience managing a large volume of accounts.
• Strong intrinsic motivation to perform at a high level and contribute to a team.
