Scaled Customer Success Manager, French

About the role

Notion is looking for a French‑speaking Scaled Customer Success Manager to own a large portfolio of EMEA customers. You will help new users adopt Notion, expand usage across teams, and ensure customers receive maximum value from the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a high‑volume portfolio of EMEA customers, driving adoption and expansion.
• Onboard and train customers through tailored Notion consultations, workshops, and assistance programs.
• Design and execute at‑scale outreach campaigns to key contacts to boost product usage.
• Collaborate with sales partners to align on adoption goals and ensure smooth hand‑offs.
• Act as an in‑house product ambassador, advising customers on workflow optimization and ROI.
• Identify strategic accounts for seat expansion and increased monthly active users.
• Proactively reach out to under‑utilizing customers, creating action plans to improve outcomes.
• Provide insights to inform Notion’s overall growth and product strategy.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in a fast‑growing software company.
• Proven success in a Customer Success or Account Management role.
• Fluent French speaker.
• Experience managing a large volume of accounts.
• Strong intrinsic motivation to exceed performance targets.
• Growth‑mindset and ability to work collaboratively.
