Scaled Customer Success Manager (French)

About the role

Notion is looking for a Scaled Customer Success Manager who speaks French to lead a large portfolio of EMEA customers. You will help customers adopt Notion, expand usage, and achieve measurable outcomes through tailored consultations, trainings, and outreach programs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a high‑volume portfolio of French‑speaking customers across EMEA.
• Onboard new accounts and drive expansion through customized Notion workshops and assistant programs.
• Design and execute at‑scale outreach campaigns to increase product adoption and monthly active users.
• Collaborate with sales partners to ensure seamless hand‑offs and strong adoption metrics.
• Act as an in‑house product ambassador, advising customers on workflow optimization and ROI.
• Identify strategic accounts for seat expansion and proactively address under‑utilized customers with action plans.
• Provide feedback to product and growth teams based on customer insights.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management at a fast‑growing software company.
• Proven track record of managing a large volume of accounts and delivering expansion results.
• Fluent French speaker with strong communication skills.
• Highly motivated, self‑driven, and able to work collaboratively in a cross‑functional environment.
