Search Ads 360 Specialist – Google Customer Solutions

About the role

Google Customer Solutions is looking for a Search Ads 360 Specialist to help businesses of all sizes adopt and maximize the impact of Search Ads 360. You will act as the domain expert, guiding customers through campaign management, media optimization and the broader Google advertising ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Drive business growth by promoting adoption and usage of Search Ads 360 across an assigned portfolio of customers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all Search Ads 360‑related inquiries, providing strategic guidance and technical support.
• Collaborate with internal sales, product, and support teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet customer objectives.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, contributing to revenue targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in digital media, digital marketing or advertising solutions, with a focus on SEM and paid search.
• Minimum 4 years in a client‑facing role, working with partners at multiple organizational levels.
• Fluency in Polish or German to engage regional clients.
