Seasonal Sales Assistant – Kildare Village

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic seasonal sales assistants to join our Kilkenny Design store in Kildare Village for the busy autumn period. The role runs from September to December 2026 and offers a dynamic retail environment where you will be the face of the brand for our customers. You will work closely with the store team to ensure a seamless shopping experience and contribute to achieving seasonal sales goals.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and act as a brand ambassador.
• Demonstrate thorough product knowledge across fashion, homeware, jewellery and more.
• Maintain store standards, keep the shop floor tidy and ensure stock is replenished.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Drive sales by maximising the potential of your assigned area and meeting targets.

Required profile

• Full flexibility and availability for rotating shifts, including weekdays, weekends, day and evening hours.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a passion for helping customers.
