Store Manager – Kildare Village

About the role

NEOM Wellbeing is seeking an entrepreneurial Store Manager to lead its Kildare Village store during the peak trading period. You will be responsible for creating a thriving wellbeing community, delivering memorable events, and driving customer outreach while fostering the growth of your team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all store operations including stock management, ordering, stocktakes and reporting.
• Drive commercial performance through KPI monitoring, sales targets and local strategy.
• Plan and execute in‑store and field events, collaborating with local partners and marketing.
• Recruit, train, mentor and develop a passionate retail team.
• Manage payroll, rotas and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Travel to other stores or events as needed, including late‑night shifts.

Required profile

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for exceptional customer and team experiences.
• Availability to work weekdays, weekends, evenings and occasional travel.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
