Secondary Education Teacher – AI Model Training (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Secondary Education Teacher to join our remote team and help train AI chatbots. In this role you will design writing and editing tasks for the models, measure their progress, evaluate logic and problem‑solving abilities, and contribute to improving the overall quality of each AI system.

Key responsibilities

• Assign writing, editing and content‑development tasks to AI chatbots and review their outputs.
• Assess the correctness, style, and performance of AI‑generated text against established brand voice and grammatical standards.
• Provide detailed feedback and suggestions to refine model behavior and accuracy.

Required profile

• Fluent English (native or bilingual level) with an excellent command of grammar, style and brand voice.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of evaluating large volumes of text.
• Current, in‑progress or completed Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
• Must reside in Ireland and be able to work as an independent contractor.
