Key responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to the client premises, ensuring only authorised personnel enter.
• Carry out regular patrols and inspections to deter and detect suspicious activity.
• Respond swiftly to alarms and emergencies, acting calmly and decisively.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a strong security presence.
• Write clear incident reports and maintain security logs.
• Operate security systems and surveillance equipment as required.
• Ensure compliance with site‑specific procedures and protocols.

Required profile

• Valid PSA Licence.
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Fluent English and good PC skills.
• Previous experience desirable; manual handling and own transport are a plus.
