Security Personnel Recruitment Event in Cork

About the role

Securitas Security Services Ireland is hosting a recruitment event in Cork for full‑time security personnel. Candidates will receive comprehensive training and can start a career in security with a reputable international company.

Key responsibilities

• Complete all mandatory training for the assigned site.
• Follow published Assignment Instructions and suggest improvements.
• Monitor CCTV systems where required.
• Identify and immediately report health and safety hazards.
• Stay alert to potential threats and take appropriate action.
• Engage colleagues promptly if a situation becomes threatening.
• Document incidents accurately for the Incident Report process.
• Perform any other duties as needed.

Required profile

• 5‑year verifiable work history and valid government ID.
• Ability to work full‑time on a fully flexible schedule.
• Fluent English.
• At least 6 months experience in a similar role (or willingness to be trained).
• Excellent written communication, attention to detail and PC skills.
• First Aid training.
• Strong customer service and telephone manner.
