Senior Account Manager, Microsoft Advertising (French Market)

About the role

Microsoft Advertising is looking for a Senior Account Manager to lead a portfolio of French‑market advertisers from Dublin. You will drive revenue and client satisfaction by linking customers’ marketing objectives to Microsoft’s advertising solutions and building trusted, long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively monitor account health, gather feedback and develop long‑term strategies to improve the client experience.
• Translate clients’ marketing needs into advertising solutions that fit within their overall strategy.
• Leverage relationships with key contacts to acquire, retain and grow business, identifying drivers of satisfaction and addressing risks.
• Use Microsoft sales strategies and Unified Client Management (CRM) tools to increase performance, satisfaction and upsell opportunities.
• Create value‑proposition presentations and specialised business plans to generate new business and upsells.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing advertiser portfolios and delivering data‑driven optimisations.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with the ability to understand and anticipate client needs.
• Ability to identify and resolve issues, develop recovery action plans and maintain high client satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills and a growth‑mindset focused on continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools (Unified Client Management).
