Senior Accountant – Fast‑Growing Start‑Up in South Dublin

About the role
Join a rapidly expanding Irish start‑up as a Senior Accountant. You will be central to scaling the finance function, working across the full spectrum of financial reporting, budgeting and analysis.
Key responsibilities
- Own the month‑end reporting process for the assigned entity.
- Lead the budget and forecasting cycles, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Conduct KPI and cost analysis, supporting board reporting.
- Perform monthly budget‑to‑actual variance analysis.
- Drive continuous process improvement and manage ad‑hoc finance projects.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to provide financial insight.
Required profile
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with 1‑3+ years post‑qualification experience.
- Experience in a broad financial accounting role is preferred.
- Self‑starter, motivated and ambitious.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel.
