Senior Accountant – Fast‑Growing Start‑Up in South Dublin

About the role
We are a fast‑growing Irish start‑up based in South Dublin, entering an exciting growth phase. The Senior Accountant will play a key part in scaling the finance function and will gain exposure to all areas of the business.
Key responsibilities
- Own the month‑end reporting process for the assigned entity.
- Lead the budget and forecasting process for the assigned entity.
- Contribute to KPI analysis, cost analysis and board reporting.
- Support monthly budget‑to‑actual variance analysis.
- Drive ongoing process improvements and handle ad‑hoc projects.
- Partner with multiple internal stakeholders across the business.
Required profile
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with 1‑3+ years post‑qualification experience.
- Industry experience in a broad financial accounting role is preferred.
- Self‑starter who is motivated, innovative and ambitious.
Required skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
