About the role
We are seeking a highly organised Senior Administrator to join our growing Financial Services organisation in Shannon. The role focuses on supporting international board and governance operations, including US entities, within a collaborative team environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support board and committee meeting coordination
- Prepare and distribute board packs and related documentation
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems
- Manage calendars, deadlines, and corporate documentation
- Support governance activities across international entities
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
Required profile
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Ability to manage large volumes of paperwork accurately
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
- Previous administration experience in a professional environment
- Board support experience preferred but not essential
