Senior Associate, Customer Supply Chain Integration

About the role

This hybrid position (minimum three days onsite per week) supports strategic customer integration initiatives within West's Customer Supply Chain organization. Reporting to the Senior Director of Customer Supply Chain & Transformation, the Senior Associate ensures scalable, standardized connectivity with key customers through analytics, data integration, and process documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and structure data for repeatable and ad‑hoc strategic customer engagements.
• Lead data mapping, validation, and master‑data integrity activities for ERP‑to‑ERP integrations (EDI, API, ASN, forecast automation).
• Develop and maintain SOPs, integration playbooks, and joint KPI dashboards covering service level, forecast accuracy, inventory alignment, and lead‑time adherence.
• Perform root‑cause analysis of integration discrepancies and support customer escalation analysis.
• Contribute to standardization of onboarding and governance processes across customer tiers.
• Mentor junior analysts and provide subject‑matter expertise to cross‑functional project teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience in supply‑chain or logistics data integration, preferably in a pharmaceutical or healthcare environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to ensure data integrity and system readiness.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interaction and documentation.
