Senior Business Analyst – Insurance Transformation (Contract)

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Senior Business Analyst to join Ingenio’s insurance transformation programme. You will work directly with underwriters, shape a live product and drive the migration of thousands of policies to a new platform.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate daily with underwriters to capture business needs.
• Translate requirements into clear, structured JIRA user stories.
• Lead the migration of approximately 7,000 policies from legacy to the new system.
• Own end‑to‑end data mapping across multiple systems.
• Define, plan and manage System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Support integrations with Salesforce, reporting tools and core insurance systems.
• Work closely with a tight delivery team to ensure timely delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in General Insurance.
• Strong Business Analysis fundamentals.
• Demonstrated success in system migration and data mapping projects.
• Excellent JIRA and user‑story writing skills.
• Confidence interacting directly with business stakeholders.
• Good understanding of APIs and system integrations.
