Senior Business Analyst – Tax Regulations - Custody

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to lead the Tax & Regulatory programme for custody services. Based in Limerick, you will work three days a week on‑site, collaborating with senior stakeholders to ensure accurate tax and regulatory reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and act as the primary Business Analyst for the Tax & Regulatory programme.
• Engage with senior implementation, custody tax and delivery teams to align objectives.
• Analyse complex custody, transactional and client data sets.
• Support the delivery of regulatory and tax reporting requirements.
• Participate in testing phases, including external client testing.
• Translate business and regulatory needs into detailed functional documentation.
• Provide accurate reporting and analysis for remediation workstreams.
• Contribute to delivery planning and programme execution.
• Facilitate workshops and lead stakeholder discussions.

Required profile

• Extensive Business Analysis experience in financial services, preferably coordinating multiple BAs.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage senior stakeholders.
• Background in custody, wealth/asset management or institutional asset servicing.
• Deep understanding of withholding tax, CRS/FATCA or other regulatory reporting.
• Proven experience analysing client and transactional data, including complex repo activity.
• Knowledge of custody‑related reporting obligations and institutional trust/partnership structures.
• Familiarity with trade booking and regulatory reporting processes.
• Robust data‑analysis capability and experience supporting testing and validation activities.
