Senior Business Analyst – Tax & Regulatory Change

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join a leading financial services organisation in Limerick on a 12‑month contract. The role sits at the centre of complex tax and regulatory change programmes, working closely with senior stakeholders and multiple delivery teams.

Key responsibilities

• Drive requirements‑gathering activities across tax and regulatory programmes.
• Partner with implementation, custody tax and delivery teams to support project delivery.
• Analyse complex client, transactional and custody data to meet reporting obligations.
• Document business and regulatory requirements into clear, actionable specifications.
• Lead stakeholder workshops and contribute to project planning, reporting and remediation workstreams.

Required profile

• Strong business analysis experience within financial services.
• Proven track record delivering tax and regulatory change initiatives.
• Experience with custody, wealth/asset management or institutional asset servicing.
• Ability to analyse complex data sets and manage senior stakeholders.
• Experience supporting testing and reporting validation.
