Senior Business Process Consultant – Dublin

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Process Consultant to join Atrium EMEA’s Strategic Execution Team in Dublin. You will work on high‑impact transformation programmes across the COO organisation, shaping operating models, technology implementations and organisational design.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse current state operations across fund accounting, transfer agency and custody functions.
• Identify gaps and design scalable target operating models aligned with strategic objectives.
• Support complex transformation initiatives, including process redesign, technology integration and organisational change.
• Produce business requirements, data‑driven impact assessments and validation of outcomes.
• Engage with senior stakeholders, facilitate workshops and communicate findings to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Manage risks, governance and control frameworks, ensuring compliance with regulatory considerations.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of the financial services industry, including operating models and end‑to‑end data flows.
• Proven experience delivering large‑scale transformation projects in global environments.
• Ability to work collaboratively across global teams and time zones.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a focus on measurable business outcomes.
