About the role

Deloitte’s Strategy Office is seeking a Senior Consultant to help shape the future of Deloitte Ireland in an AI‑first world. You will work on high‑impact strategic projects, providing analysis and insight that guide senior decision‑making across a range of industries.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct strategic projects and produce rigorous analysis to support decision‑making.
• Develop and facilitate strategic processes, workshops and presentations for senior audiences.
• Gather, evaluate and synthesize large data sets to generate actionable insights.
• Leverage AI tools and analytical dashboards to enhance market analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across Deloitte’s professional services network.

Required profile

• Proven track record in a top‑tier consulting firm or corporate strategy office.
• Experience designing and facilitating strategic initiatives.
• Strong structured problem‑solving ability.
• High analytical rigor with the capacity to interpret large data sets.
• Excellent research, information‑gathering, and communication skills.
