Senior Cyber Recovery Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Cyber Recovery Consultant to help enterprise customers design, implement, and optimise cyber‑recovery solutions using Dell PowerProtect Cyber Recovery, Data Domain and CyberSense. You will lead workshops, gather requirements and guide organisations in building resilient, ransomware‑proof environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Cyber Recovery design workshops and discovery sessions with customers.
• Design and deploy Dell PowerProtect Cyber Recovery and Data Domain‑based cyber vault solutions.
• Advise on cyber‑resilience strategies such as virtual air‑gaps, immutability, isolation and recovery intelligence.
• Configure and support CyberSense analytics, reporting and post‑alert investigation workflows.
• Provide guidance on PowerProtect Cyber Recovery deployments across AWS, Azure and GCP.
• Support Data Domain administration, replication, deduplication, security, encryption and performance optimisation.
• Produce technical recommendations, solution documentation and best‑practice guidance.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects and customer stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in cyber recovery, data protection, storage or cyber resilience.
• Strong customer‑facing consulting and workshop facilitation skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Relevant Dell Technologies certifications and/or cyber‑security or cloud certifications are desirable.
