Senior Digital Marketing Lead

About the role

Sixtwo Digital is looking for an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Lead to provide strategic oversight across client accounts while serving as the day‑to‑day point of contact for the account team. The role blends high‑level strategy with hands‑on campaign management, optimisation, and client communication.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the lead strategic resource across client accounts.
• Review account performance daily and identify optimisation opportunities.
• Support the team by prioritising work, improving campaign performance, and resolving challenges.
• Manage key client relationships and oversee growth of assigned accounts.
• Serve as the internal go‑to person for digital strategy and account decision‑making.
• Lead campaign strategy, reporting and performance analysis across multiple accounts.
• Support ongoing account management and client communications.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or paid media.
• Strong expertise in Meta advertising strategy and campaign management.
• Experience managing paid campaigns on LinkedIn and TikTok.
• Proven ability to make strategic campaign decisions independently.
• Experience handling substantial campaign budgets and optimisation strategies.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and act on insights.
• Experience liaising directly with clients, leading meetings and presenting performance insights.
• Confidence leading strategy discussions and providing direction to others.
• Familiarity with reporting and analytics platforms.
