Senior Director, Cross Enterprise Procurement – HFCS & Ingredients

About the role

The Senior Director, Cross Enterprise Procurement Group (CEPG) leads the global HFCS & Ingredients program for the Coca‑Cola system, covering company‑owned and franchise bottlers worldwide. This executive position owns the full value chain—from corn sourcing and wet‑milling to conversion, warehousing, logistics, and sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end global HFCS & Ingredients procurement program, including value‑chain mapping, cost modeling, forecasting, and risk assessment.
• Present business plans, cost outlooks, and strategic recommendations to the CEPG Operating Committee and ensure system‑wide governance.
• Negotiate senior‑level supplier contracts, influence supplier investments, and drive sustainability initiatives aligned with the Principles for Sustainable Agriculture.
• Coordinate execution across all bottlers, manage long‑term contracts, and maintain strong relationships up to SVP/CPO level.
• Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and macro‑economic factors to develop contingency strategies and long‑term capacity plans.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in commodity procurement, preferably in agricultural inputs or food ingredients.
• Deep expertise in the HFCS value chain, commodity markets, and supply‑continuity risk management.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to align global and regional operating units.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills at the executive level.
