Senior Director, End-to-End Digital Strategy & Innovation

About the role

Reporting to the Vice President of Technical Operations, you will define and drive the end‑to‑end digital strategy that connects planning to patient outcomes across manufacturing, quality, supply chain and IT/OT. This senior position shapes the Industry 4.0 vision, builds an integrated investment roadmap and orchestrates execution to deliver real‑time visibility, predictive planning and connected customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Define a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with business goals and articulate a clear value case.
• Build and maintain an integrated portfolio of digital investments, balancing speed, risk and value.
• Establish success metrics, maintain a transparent scorecard and report progress to senior leadership.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives for Connected Factory and Supply Chain, aligning manufacturing, quality, sites and IT/OT.
• Design and evolve the operating model, funding approach and resource strategy for scaling digital capabilities.
• Champion change management, training, communications and benefits realization.
• Develop partnerships with technology vendors, industry groups and government agencies to secure grants and drive innovation.
• Identify data, system and infrastructure gaps and influence investments in autonomous manufacturing and advanced analytics.

• Proven experience leading digital transformation in a manufacturing or technical operations environment.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into executable roadmaps.
• Excellent stakeholder management across multiple functions and external partners.
• Track record of delivering measurable outcomes through data‑driven initiatives.
