Senior Electrical Engineer – Dublin

About the role

As a Senior Electrical Engineer at IN2 you will own the delivery of electrical design across major projects, shape technical direction, maintain high quality standards and build trusted relationships with clients and project teams. This hands‑on role requires confident leadership, strategic thinking and a commitment to excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead electrical design across multiple high‑value projects
• Oversee technical delivery and quality standards
• Act as a key client contact and build long‑term relationships
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Mentor and support junior engineers
• Contribute to innovation and sustainability strategies

Required profile

• Degree in Electrical or Building Services Engineering
• 6+ years’ experience in electrical design
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems and standards
• Experience leading projects and managing clients
• Chartered or working towards Chartership desirable
• Strong leadership and communication skills
