Senior Energy Manager – Industrial Energy Solutions

About the role

EM3 is seeking a Senior Energy Manager to lead the delivery of end‑to‑end energy management services for industrial clients across multiple sites. The role blends technical expertise, strategic planning, and client advisory to drive energy efficiency, cost savings, and sustainability outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive energy audits, analyse consumption patterns and identify optimisation opportunities.
• Develop and implement tailored energy management strategies, including ISO 50001 systems and site‑level energy performance baselines.
• Design and support the deployment of energy‑efficient solutions such as HVAC, boilers, chillers, pumps and renewable integration.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders, deliver data‑driven recommendations and prepare ROI and environmental impact reports.
• Lead a portfolio of sites, mentor junior team members and contribute to business development initiatives.

• Proactive, self‑directed professional able to work independently and manage multiple client sites.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior client stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring junior staff and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.
