Senior Engineer – Housing Development Projects

About the role
We are partnering with a reputable housing developer to find a Senior Engineer who will lead on high‑profile residential projects in Cork City. The role involves overseeing site operations, ensuring compliance with design specifications, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and manage contractors.
- Ensure quality, safety, and strict adherence to project specifications.
- Liaise with subcontractors and site management to coordinate work.
- Verify that all works are completed in line with drawings and specifications.
- Maintain accurate site records and produce regular progress reports.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Senior Engineer on housing projects.
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

What we offer
- Competitive salary €75k–€85k DOE plus a bonus up to 10%.
