Senior Finance Analyst - EMEA Technology

About the role

Fiserv, a global leader in fintech and payments, is looking for a Senior Finance Analyst for its EMEA Technology Finance team. You will support financial planning, forecasting, reporting and strategic decision support across EMEA Technology, acting as a trusted finance partner to Technology leaders in Infrastructure, Application Development and Cyber Security. The role offers exposure to technology operations, project portfolio management, transformation initiatives, resource planning and technology investment decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead EMEA Technology forecasting and budgeting, deliver period-end reporting, variance analysis and insights, and support annual, strategic and long-range planning
• Advise Technology leaders, turn financial data into actionable insights and support investment decisions
• Oversee the EMEA Application Development portfolio, aligning investment, resources and project performance with strategic priorities
• Govern technology investments, review funding, ensure accounting compliance, monitor spend and track benefits
• Plan EMEA Technology capacity and demand, analyse workforce needs, costs and utilisation, and support Accounting with month-end activities
• Govern transformation programmes, track investment returns and support executive reporting

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline
• Professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CPA
• Five or more years of relevant FP&A, commercial finance, business partnering or technology finance experience
• Experience preparing executive-level presentations and financial insights

Required skills

• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
• Advanced Excel skills, able to manipulate and interpret large datasets
• Nice to have: Power BI and data visualisation, knowledge of resource planning and workforce modelling, familiarity with SAP, Essbase, Clarity, Anaplan or Hyperion
