About the role

GSB Capital Ireland is seeking a Senior Financial Advisor to join its remote team. The role involves delivering comprehensive financial planning and advisory services to a diverse client base across Ireland. You will work independently, leveraging your expertise to guide clients through retirement, investment and wealth management decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed financial analyses and develop personalized retirement plans.
• Provide investment advice and create strategic financial roadmaps for clients.
• Maintain and grow long‑term client relationships through regular reviews and proactive communication.
• Stay informed on the latest financial regulations, market trends and product developments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance and optimal service delivery.

Required profile

• Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) certification – mandatory.
• Proven experience in financial planning, retirement planning and investment advisory.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Relevant industry experience; CFP certification is a plus.
