Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A) – Dublin

About the role

The company is a well‑established consumer‑focused business operating nationwide. It is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join its finance team in Dublin, supporting financial planning, reporting, budgeting and business partnering across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and support monthly and periodic financial reporting packages.
• Coordinate management and group reporting packs for leadership review.
• Act as Finance Business Partner to budget holders, providing insights and analysis.
• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
• Consolidate business plans and submit reports for senior management.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities through detailed analysis.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
• Minimum 3 years post‑qualification experience in FP&A or commercial finance.
• Previous experience as a Finance Business Partner.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on delivering actionable insights.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
