Senior Group Internal Auditor

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Group Internal Auditor to join a world‑leading PLC based in Dublin. The role offers hybrid working and the chance to gain extensive international experience while contributing to the company’s risk and control framework.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits across all locations and verify compliance with internal regulations.
• Perform detailed risk reviews of Group subsidiaries, focusing on financial processes, internal controls, and management information accuracy.
• Prepare comprehensive audit reports with recommendations for senior management.
• Use analytical techniques to identify risks and key testing areas.
• Communicate control weaknesses and propose improvements.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in audit or finance.
• Background in Big 4 or Top 10 audit firms at Senior Manager or Manager level.
• Experience auditing large corporates or PLCs is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Strong report‑writing and project‑management abilities.
